How do billing and credits work?
Text-to-speech is metered by characters. Your plan includes a monthly character allowance that resets each billing period.
Can I change plan or cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and managed from the billing area in the dashboard. Canceling stops future renewals; paid access continues until the current period ends.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are handled case by case. First purchases with little or no use may qualify; renewals and heavily used subscriptions generally do not.

Generated audio and voice files live in private storage and are served through short-lived signed links tied to your account.
Why did a generation fail or take longer than expected?
Usually temporary provider delays, invalid input, or an exhausted quota. If it persists, contact support with a short description of what happened.

Paid plans include commercial usage rights. The free plan is intended for evaluation.
